• Please send three or four photos by email to the website manager.
• Please include a caption of about 16 words to accompany your photos, including the location and date of your photos.
• Resize your photos to be about 600 KB each.
• If you need guidance with resizing your photos, there are many websites that can help. One example site is "6 Ways to Resize Digital Photos" by WikiHow

If you prefer not to be included in photos taken on a club activity, please advise the leader at the start of the activity.

For whatever reason, if you appear in a photo against your wishes on this website, then please contact the website manager. The photo can then be edited, cropped or removed
